These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in Afterglow events and engagement with our digital channels. By purchasing a ticket, joining our community platforms, or attending in person, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Event Participation
- All tickets are non-transferable unless approved in writing by the Afterglow team.
- Entry may require valid identification matching the ticket holder’s name.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behaviour impacts community safety.
- Event programming, venues, and facilitators may change due to weather, health guidelines, or creative direction.
Health & Safety
- By attending you confirm you are fit to participate in movement, dance, or wellness activities.
- Please notify facilitators of any medical considerations before a session begins.
- Follow all guidance provided by event staff, venue partners, and local authorities.
Content & Media
Afterglow gathers photo and video content to capture the spirit of each celebration. Attendance indicates consent to appear in this documentation, which may be used across our channels. Prefer not to be on camera? Let us know on arrival so we can accommodate.
Payments & Refunds
- Ticket transactions are processed through trusted platforms such as Megatix or Stripe.
- Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled or rescheduled and you are unable to attend.
- Service fees from third-party providers may be non-refundable.
